Electricity, a swung weapon, heavily involved in a war of sorts (Cole with the Beast and rogue conduits while Armstrong needed the wars to end them), but I'm grasping at straws here.
Snake is playable on SSBB which is a Wii game and Raiden's Metal Gear Rising game is on both Xbox and Ps3. Therefore making them third party :)
