I would look into dropping in the RS7 Low pressure fuel pump (tank one). Helped with my fueling issues on my SQ5 and seems to be happier at the top end as well.
Hat issues were you having exactly? I just went E40 on my b8.5 s5 for the first time and after multiple pulls in the hot weather the CEL came on and threw code 0171
Your times seems to be faster than other dual pulley + E40 mix S4's. Your trap speeds & 60-130mph looks to be faster...I wonder how much did the Motor Mounts help out with that?
Crazy difference. Before the car hated 1st gear, now it runs through it like nothing with the upgraded mounts. It jumps to the next gear faster, zero hesitation.

Plus what I bought it with was ShitTronic tune which basically made it un-driveable. It was all TCU tune related. You put your trans into S or leave it in D?

@@S5.Gamboaa so, I didn’t get the 179mm because the ratio is 3.11, the 190mm is 3.30. Meaning with the 190mm the supercharger will have more rotation. The 207mm will be the one too give a lot of heat with a ratio of 3.27. The 190mm with smaller upper is the best option from 034 Motorsports.
Ratio is the only thing that matters, whatever combo you use if the ratio matches so will the heat and power. Could do a giant lower or a combo of both. Big lower only is best imo smaller upper causes belt slippage due to barely any surface area on the smaller pulley. Either way fast ass s4. That’s awesome! I just traded mine and miss the charger whine but I’m b58 powered now so the exhaust noise makes up for it.

I found out tonight my s4 has two step launch control which I used twice car was super fast but it was shifting at around 5k in first gear it has IE stage 2 ecu and tcm tune dual pulleys intake and full exhaust any ideas why?

Prefer RS3 all I did is do Stage 2 Full E85 and I'm running 9.8 1/4 and 10.4 on a really, really hot day to the point where you probably shouldn't go, it was 118 Fahrenheit
Yeah for sure, $40k more of a value to run a second quicker is preferable. I got my s4 at $23k with 60k miles. With barley any mods it’s running low 11s. With just a ported blower and change my lower pulley to a 179mm from a 190mm; it’ll run 10s. Not bad for a $23k car with the same engine and transmission with 2 gallons of e85, and a test pipe is the only mods done to the exhaust

Runs about the same as my 550i for being a v6 the s4 puts in some serious serious work

Yeah launching on 2step sucks, it’s spins too much and it’ll cut 1st gear short. I get on launch control mode but hold it at 1500rpms

Thing has so much down low power, that's every bit of a 10 second car trapping 124/125 you'll see mid 10s with the right 60'

For the B8.5 it says 160mph the B8 say 200mph but with the tune there is no limiter for mph anymore. I’ve seen some b8.5 go passed 170mph

Yeah because I tried 1800 at 2step and it would just spin and cut 1st gear short. 1500 hooks enough and gave me a full 1st gear pull

Try seeing what’s the highest rpm you can launch without spinning. Sometimes 2 step if no hood if it’s just gonna spin. Try 1200-1500rpms launch
