I'm a huge fan of EuroBass II! Checking out III today. Great video dude.
Finally we can program all the Seinfeld bass sounds 😊
Damn! You beat me to it 😂
Great virtual bass no doubt. But I think a big portion of your great mix comes from the drums...Any possibility you could show us how you mix those GGD libraries? :)
Never say never ;)
@@KeyanHoushmandLive yes please!! Drums sound THICC
I’d love to see how you do your drums. That’s what I have the most issues with when mixing
I;m thinkin about thos libraries
@@KeyanHoushmandLive pleeease
Epic!
Gosh, I can't believe Ermin just replaced my third bass player this year!
Nice sounding drums as well. What drum lib are you using?
I have been using submission stuff for years and EuroBass was always my favorite, the only thing that I don’t like about the distorted tones in this and in grovebass is how midrange heavy they are
The Djinnbass is much more scooped in the mids. Just massive low end and upper mids clank and clarity. I imagine Umanskybass has that, but more mids than DB, and also the TruBass technology.
Just bought this for $90 and I'm so excited to get home
6:26 wait ... it should do something for programming if you are playing open strings, right?
Demo song sounds sick! Will you start using this now or will you continue to use Umansky bass? And how long does Kynan have left before he's replaced with a laptop lmao 🤣
I will use either depending on what sounds best in the moment. Kynan will never be replaced, he’s too good/cute
@@KeyanHoushmandLive Kynan must be protected at all costs
which in your opinion is better . Umansky or Euro ?
I have EuroBass 2, and love it. However there was one thing I couldn't figure out how to do : play a note, wait a few quarter beats and then slide down (without picking the note again). Through articulations, I could only get it to slide down at the start of the note.
Can EuroBass 3 do that?
It absolutely can.
How CPU intense this plugin is? Could someone give an idea with their computer specs?
So you're telling me "ghost notes" are not "palm mutes" in the other libraries? I use DjinnBass and GroveBass and always used ghost notes as palm mutes. Now I feel dumb as hell xD
Edit: they might not be called "ghost notes" in the libraries, I can't really remember and can't check right now.
I think the ghost notes in those other libraries are the muted or dead notes that happen during the slapping/popping technique so if it sounds good then roll with it brother
@@joeyvpoisonfree thanks for clearing that up bro! It sounds pretty good imo.
VST bass is where it’s at, I don’t love the idea of running 6 different basses for all the different guitar tunings I run, especially when some of them are tuned stupid low
6 basses are better than 1 bass but I'd for some reason you DIDN'T want 6 bases you could just pitch shift your bass.
@@williamharrington6383 I've tried quite a few pitch shifters and not really gotten along with them, especially for some of the extra-low tunings I use like Drop E. Also tried bass in unison, and while it sounds good, VSTi basses an octave down sound better to me than a real bass in unison
My approach has always been to use the Digitech Drop, then having the guitarists play the bassist parts on guitar. It costs the same as a computer program.
Or, if you want something already in that octave, I also have a Bass VI, something a guitarist can easily understand.
kynan watching this video: 😳
Regretting that Dingwall purchase, or...? Haha.
Oh no, I am my bass player
the reason not to get it would be that it costs two weeks groceries
Fair point. Alternatively, someone can always buy a Spector Euro 5 LX for 50 weeks' groceries.
i genuinely believe that you genuinely believe just if the plugin wouldn't be sponsor for the video🤣
not when the bassist alsso is the writer :P itd be cool if they updaated djinbass as well
Hahahaha true! Never say never
Sounds good in a mix, but on it's own....yeeesh, not so much.
I just bought a real Bass for 1399......
I want a guitar vst so much… Crossing fingers.
chill with the lame titles
For God sakes, record your own friggin’ bass! This is a product plug for sure I mean come on! The trained ear knows when a real person is not playing an instrument!
The future is now, old man.
ratio
the trained ear is neither buying nor listening to your Music.
The only video on your channel is a demo of a GGD vst. Record your own friggin' drums
I listen to a lot of music, and i don't care if its a real instrument or an analog generator, a digital copy of either or an original digital instrument. If it sounds good it is good. Sounding "human" or "real" is not a requirement towards sounding good to me and I assume many others.
What we need, is a plugin giving this tone from our guitar DI instead of having to key it in.
