Absolutely fantastic! I have recently started making coin rings and your videos (and dies from Jason’s works) really helped me to create great masterpieces from the word go. Very impressed how your “jewellery making skills” has developed from coin rings to full on jewellery manufacturing from melting down all the way to a finished product. Never going to sell my silver shavings, keeping it for when I get to this skill level and tool wish list!

change you can wear i would love to send you pics of my work and the very rudimentary tools i use. i pride myself on how few tools i use and how quick i can produce one. i use a stove to anneal, welder pick, claw hammer, needle nose plyers, screwdriver, socket, chainsaw file, flat file, sandpaper and a buffing wheel on a bench grinder. i do it seated on my couch at my coffee table i can do one in about an hour and half and it keeps the kids amazed. my daughters friends acted like i did magic like couldnt believe a human could do that. i make beautiful rings from nothing. i pick up culled silver quarters at my local flea market 3 for $10 i only make them for female family or close friends. i made me and my wifes wedding rings i learned to make them for my wife. it was for her i started

Great video! I made a ring on a jewellery course out of a £2 strip of Silver. I was surprised how little the raw material was for a ring that would retail at least 10x the price even for a mass manufactured one were they probably have a machine churning out thousands, not a custom hand made piece...

Everytime I come back to your channel you got some fancy new toy you're playing with. I need to step up my game, if only to get me the same quality of big boy toys.
What kind of silver solder do you use. I ordered some in a pack of easy, medium & hard. I am pretty sure I got screwed. It isn't solder. The silver started melting, and the "solder" hasn't changed other than some blackening that scraped off easily using my finger nail.
I need a local buddy who knows what he's doing to help me when I'm being ... less than genius.

    • @CoinRingsfromTheMint
