For LA16 door thickness is requirement is 30 mm and my door is also 30 mm but space between door and safety door is just 50 mm. Which is less how to increase that??
PREVIUOSLY ..app was smart lock..chinese one..now they recommend TT LOCK...which is not detecting the lock..tried signing out of the old app & deleting device. Very tardy response from after sales service

sorry, in that case, you cannot install the lock sir, the gap should be enough for the handle to fit
