I always put my toaster away and my kettle!!! I have saved the crumb problem by putting my toaster on a tray, I lift it out on the tray and that way no crumbs go on the counter either.... Just a thought!!!!!

I actually started doing the filing method with my clothes when i first started watching you and my husband loves it! It saves so much space and we love that we can see what we have now without pulling the clothes out!

With my aches and pains i love a good Epsom salts bubble bath complete with music and candles
Try placing toaster in a Tupperware container inside the cabinet, I do that and it is so easy to keep clean. No more wiping crumbs out of the cabinet.

I completely know what you mean about getting rid of their clothes & stuff. I'm the same way. Floods of memories come to me when I go thru everything. Plus my family has a tradition to save a few things for future generations. My daughter wore a couple dresses that were my Moms when she was a baby 😊

I think second chances are necessary especially when you have children. I’ve been there done that and as long as the initial issue doesn’t reoccur & you guys collaborate to get through it together you’ll be fine. I know many couples who have separated, divorced as so on and got back together. Remember your worth! Happy for you and love your videos!

The Marie Kondo method would definitely be overwhelming for me too because it feels like it'll take forever when I have so much more to do around the house.
Hi Catherine! I took one favorite outfit from each kid and placed it in a shadow box. I love to look at them up on the wall. I have gotten pretty good at keeping my clothes to a minimum. Like you said bring one in take one out. Keeping up with kids clothes is hard cause they grow so fast. I love hearing Carson talk to you he is so cute!

Playing catch up this morning. I know I'm late watching this but I so needed this video today. I use the Clorox wands for my bathrooms and these are a game changer. I will never go back to the reusable ones. They gross me out lol. And yes cleaning behind the toilet nasty but it's gotta be done. 😁😁

Just put a small tray under your toaster and that way the crumbs gets on that instead :) Gamechanger!
Side note: did you know there is a crumb tray underneath most toasters? I didn’t until a few weeks ago 🤣

I do the same with Tiago! Too much clothes and I am keeping everything in case there is a baby number 2, they grow really fast so the clothes don’t fit him very long!! Can’t wait to see you new home!! Take care ❤️

Awe ! I saw the batman pjs and reminding me of my oldest son who had batman pjs when he was little and a pic of him flashed in my mind with them on and he would always wear his batman Cape with them😂 even to bed sometimes but I would have to take it off of him after he feel asleep...hes 21 now😭
great video, glad to see a mom down size the amount of clothes their children need. I never understood why a person needs more than 10 outfits per season, since everyone washes at least once a week.

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩How about dividing his toys in half and storing 1/2 where he cannot see them. He will actually feel less confused about which way to turn with less toy clutter. This includes dividing larger toys too. Then at different times trade them out and store the ones he had out first. Trust me!! You can literally give a kid a rock, a stick, a pot lid, and an empty box and they will play for hours!!Their little brains can’t calmly and peacefully choose a toy and actually put their imagination into it when there’s so much to draw their attention away. I promise you that I have learned this the hard way. also, give every toy, game, etc a “home” of its own to “live there” and let them be the “boss” of making them go to their “home” and they will be way more inclined to take toys to their home and start working on that as a chore before bed they will feel important and in control of their things. Then they wake up to a clean room and mommy wakes up a little less stressed. Win-win!

Catherine, this was a great video! I have to do decluttering in stages as well. The true Kon Mari method is just too overwhelming for me. It sounds good in theory but not for me. Still so happy about your family reuniting!

I love this type of videos! So glad for you your family is getting back together! ❤️ I totally understand how hard it must be to declutter Carson’s clothes. I’m struggling with decluttering my own clothes, I have a hard time tossing stuff I once loved and felt good in. I don’t wear it anymore (out of fashion, to small, etc), but I can’t bring myself to toss it, because it reminds me of a time where I felt more confident and life was just easier. Do you have any tips? I don’t want my space to be cluttered, so I think I need to toss it, but it’s hard!
I struggle with the exact same thing! Especially if something was gifted to me, I can’t bring myself to get rid of it. My only advice is to go slow. Maybe get rid of one or two things a week and it’ll add up!

The three tier shelf is from target but I’m not sure they carry it anymore! It was the hearth & hand line
What clothes do you use when you clean things. I use wipes at moment but want to use some multiputpse sprays i have but not sure what to use.

The minimal mom only keeps a weeks worth of clothes for her four kids and recommends that. Maybe go with a less than what your could push into a drawer even.

Our rule of thumb has been have at least a weeks worth of clothes plus a days worth.

What truly products do u use
I use the moon rocks whipped body scrub, coco cloud whipped shave butter, buns of glowry polish & the serum. Highly recommend!
The Mrs meyers cream cleaner works like magic to remove the rust from my silverware!!

I must be the strangest woman on the planet. I just cannot comprehend why anyone let alone a child would need so many clothes?!🤷♀️ I guess my kids had a minimum amount of clothes because I do. I don't even have enough to warrant having a " my side" to the closest lol I use bins. My husband he's a different story lol but he works construction so his clothes are mostly crap that he doesn't mind if it gets ruined. My big vice is kitchen gadgets. If I have 100$ to spend on clothes or kitchen gadgets I'd buy a gadget every time lol. I'm so glad to see the downsizing of Carson's wardrobe but I still can't comprehend why a kid needs a grown up size dresser. But great job on the decluttering ♥️

I mean wow you have a lot of things going on. Congratulations on your reuniting with your husband. I noticed there is another cat . Did you get Arthur a girlfriend? I know what you mean about the sentimental attachment to the clothes. My daughter is 10, and I still can't let go of all her baby clothes. Do you still have some of Carson's baby clothes? Onesies, the tiny t-shirts. Oh the baby shoes! Thanks again for sharing your life with us.
There’s actually two more cats! My husband took them when we separated but now they’re all back with me! I do still have so many of Carsons baby clothes, I definitely can’t get rid of those!

This sounds awesome. I'm 54 with a bad back and arthritis. The only thing about this ad is it's way to long and constantly repeating the same thing over and over. Sure I understand you want folks to get as much info about the product. But I became bored ended up skipping the ad half way through.. Sorry. I do hope that people are getting the results from your product.
