On the windows version of SketchUp you can type in a dimension after you release the guide line to get it to where you want it. Nice video. It's neat to see what ipad people go through :)

Do I really need ipad pro or should I go with air ?

iPad pro may be only one that works with Apple Pencil? Not sure but get least expensive one that does

Yes, but not necessarily "algorithmically." There are certainly several ways to draw them freehand or draft them, but no way to generate one automatically with either Procreate or Morpholio, as far as I'm aware. Tell more
