Two of the best things you can do for yourself is to cut out fast foods and processed foods. So it is good to hold yourself accountable and get rid of the apps that allow you to continue with bad habits. You packed some good foods for your trip and youbare working out so goid for you...a big pat on the back for trying to make some changes.

Thank you for sharing your trip. You make me because you are not the only one that checks the room.😊😊 I always did that and when your tslkibg ti your coworkers you hear the same thing from. So, yes, F/As are in good company with each other. I use pull the curtins as well. And I always checking the bathroom for the toilet to see if it had been cleaned. Many times the blue cleaning liquid would be left over in the toliet for a first person to flush it!! I love having a balcony to my room as well. That balcony situation I enjoyed in Kona, Hawaii!!!😅 The room selection that you had in Philadelphia was nice. It reminds me of a miini suite. I have always liked my living room TV area separate from my bedroom.😊 Finally, those end if the day trips late were many sometimes hard. I would have my Ramon noodles and tuna with crackers to put something on my stomach. And then while coming through the airport to the van, there was many times the one pilot or both would stop at a late night fast food cafe. And I would stop as well to see if I liked what was offered as well.😊 Still though I know I had my Ramon noodles and I had stopping using the spice pack that and stayed to carry small soy sauce from my favorite chinese restaurant close me here in Chicago. Furthermore, those room coffee machins are crazy!! Yes, wash the coffee pot yourself and then once or twice before you really use the machine for yourself. Also, sometimes I would come downstairs real early to get a coffee ☕ from the hotel restaurant. Yes, you are right!!! You, us individually have start figuring out how you want to live in this job.😊 I think for me, ine if the life situations hit me really hard was about dating long distance!!😊 For me, I never did think about meeting someone in another city and start dating. In those growing life situations it was at my 5th year of traveling. Yes, Chicago to Los Angeles on my off days was very interesting to learn and to do with continuing to be mature person further. Then I would also bid my work schedules for Los Angeles trips maximizing the effort to see and be with him. Yes, in general our career is interesting.😊😊 Pilots have it the same as well about delaying with our travel career.😊
Hahaha😅!! Yes, my lotion used with flying has been the St. Ives Collage Elastin Body Lotion and the Eucerin Advanced Repair for the Extra Dry Usage. Also, I am bald so, no hair treatment products but I would also use the lotion to give my head some soft nice feelings.😊

Good trip with u, Will, and appreciate your honesty about the food problems. Al though hardly alone with the, every person does face the problem by themselves and make all the decisions. The discipline is a REAL accomplishment, my friend, and is to be admired. Re working out, one thing I have incorporated religiously is - as soon as I get up and take a leak, I start my physical regimen right then. And I don’t respond to any texts, etc while doing that. The reason I do not deviate from that, which might seem a little selfish, is that every minute I do not adhere to this is a minute that I just might not do the regimen. And then, I hate myself for having betrayed my own best interests. I am the only person who lost. And maintaining my mobility is absolutely paramount. But I have been good to me in doing that, so, if selfish, I admit to it proudly. Your friend, Herman

How much extra did crew tip the van driver for being there quick ? As a f/a that’s been working since the 90’s, the $1 tip which we did in the 90’s should be at least $2, if not $3…which I do….unfortunate these days that crew will spend $7 at Starbucks, and then not tip hotel van driver….
I think that's a personal question to each crew member. I personally make sure I thank them for their work

I have never In my life, ever refer to anyone as crazies. If there's anyone that's out there aware of mental health issues is me, therefore I don't even associate that word with it.
Pretty sure he wasn't referring to mental health issues. Quite obviously he was referring to someone that might potentially be hiding in a room such as a stalker, murderer, burglar, kidnapper, etc.
