When the police are trolling with their number plate CU20 C…YA!!!
They put these plates on unmarked cars deliberately, it's to entice people into speeding. So it's entrapment basically.

Country-based car shows typically recognise the manufacturer's home country, rather than the country in which a vehicle is produced. Otherwise everything would get far too confusing.

Repping a Japanese performance brand, HKS on your German Whip, doesn’t really work, does it, each to there own I guess.
HKS do make parts for non-Japanese models plus some can be fitted to cars other than the original target model. It's possible they have an HKS exhaust system or something. It's also possible they don't and just like the livery I guess.
You’ve obviously never seen the opel entry in Japanese touring cars then as that was a hks livery and that also looked good. Skoda is from Czech Republic too.
