Zebra TC21 LG Update with StageNow over FTP

A customer wanted a way to update many devices at a time. They needed to go from LG79 to LG106. Rather than connect via USB and do an ADB update, may be best to leverage StageNow and scan a barcode to do the update. FTP can be used over a local network, or remotely.

It is called scrcpy, you use it with ADB.

I tried to connect using ftp-p protocol but failed. Can you help me how to connect to ftpserver using ftp-p protocol?

All I can offer is go to the bottom of this page for different examples: techdocs.zebra.com/stagenow/5-10/csp/file/
Try the different formats of password and username, also, make sure the permissions are good on your FTP. Test getting a small file in the browser on the TC21 or from a PC. Or call the Zebra help desk if that does not work.
