    Bro i bought 8 unapproved plots (power of attorney in my name and sameday i registered a sale agreement in my wife's name.)in 2013 and in 2020 i registered the sale deed in my wifes name itself.

    Sir nan 2015 la panchayat approval layout la (total 50 plots, i bought one plot) land vanginen, thn i constructed residential house and got construction approval during 2016 from panchayat which is signed by panchayat thalaivar. Recently got patta in my name. Now nan again regularisation apply panna numa?
