egos come on you have to put that aside. I hate when artists get to big and cannot compromise with others.

Well a tribunal was due today from late 2006 as Ali's solicitor was taking the management team at DEP to court over missing accounts etc , but the tribunal could not be held as DEP put itself into administration. Convenient some might say.
How can a mangement company also forget to register a band for Royalties for over 15 years .
Ub40 are amazing live anyway , so there

First I've heard of this - WHAT management team? UB40 made all their own decisions, and the accounts are with the financial advisors - is that the management team you mean, coz they aren't and have never claimed to be that. The one thing they DID advise, was to buy property to save having to pay tax. Ali was aked numerous times to come to meetings, he was always 'too busy' to do so. He wanted to do solo work , but hasn't got the guts to admit it,

Long live Ali and the UB40 band whatever happens. All paid their dues so entitled to the good and bad in the business...yeah be careful with management and fancy tax avoidance schemes...if financial advisers advise such schemes against govt, what did they devise against you?
