I have planters plaque psoriasis and my doctor gave me chemotherapy pills, I did my own research and he was destroying my immune system, then tried consetyx, then tryemfa these medications where bringing down my immune system to find out that all I really needed was to bring up my immune system with vitamin A and D has really worked wonders for me as well as changing some food products is all it took... My hands and feet are a lot better now... 100 percent better... and I use A and D ointment instead of the junk he was giving me... It has worked wonders... My experience with Metallic delicas from Ali express wasn't good. They all worn out and fade after few times wearing the bracelets.
