Lets play a game! count the specters! there's the n-strike, the elite, the outbreaker bow, the alphahawk, the long arm, the rebel outbreaker! nerf likes specters almost as much as they like stryfes!
How about the improved spectre++! It's a compact 6 dart cylinder fed blaster! They name it the "strongarm." The problem with a hammershot is that you can dual wield them. You don't dual wield a spectre.
Grapes_, the strongarm doesn't have enough dead space, get back to me when it's pointless!

well i've got a [problem, the "scissors" ain't workin anymore, I drag them and they go back I can't shoot it anymore, how could I fix it ?
@Coop772 If you planning to mod the Outbreaker then you could do these things. 1. Change the scissor prime handle to something more comfortable like an T shape one from the ZombieStrike Crossfire Bow. 2. Remove the silly bow and string. 3. Cut off the silly handle + stock and then glue on a better handle from a cheap or old Nerf model and also glue/attach an stock attachment so you can use the Worker stock or any Nerf stock. 4. IF possible, add the 6 barrel instead the 5 that came with it from the Strongarm so you can shoot extra dart. :)

if i got the OutBreakerBow, i would fill the hole in the grip with Epoxyputty and cut the "stock" off and make it a sidearm cause it has the Spector feel to it.

Ya'know, I've noticed the use of cylinders in Nerf blasters. I have to say, I think they're _that_ much closer to making a semi-automatic spring loaded blaster that tops those of Dart-tag.

I think the zombie strike line doesn't go for practicality but it goes for looks if you want a practical blaster get an elite gun or rival
For anyone thinking the bow is useless- if u pul back the scissor and then release it before it reloads it will shoot like a bow

I highly doubt that someone built the sling fire in a garage id believe it if you're garage was a museum or a vintage hunting place (not putting down the sling fire but I think that lever was one of the first priming mechs to exist)

Isn't the priming mech the same as the rotating mech on the doominater?
Games'n Guns The priming mech isn't, but the priming handle (which I assume you mean) is similar. This handle is scissors, however, and the doominator's is modelled after brass knuckles :).

Disrupt or reskin
Chop off the 'stock', remove the bow arms and trim the scissor prime to resemble a fire strike type pull and it could be a decent blaster. Oh and Epoxy putty to fill in the grip for comfort.
how to remove bow arms?
You should cut the stock off, cut the underside of the turret off, make your own priming bar, and slice the bow arms off. But wait... then it would be a strongarm...

Great a new more modernized version of the Crossfire. Which will still always be useless. At least when you flipped them upside down and remove the bow arms it looks like a mini gun.
