Optimus Prime XP-14 mods explained

- Hello everyone, it took almost a month but were back!
Here in this video I explain the already fitted mods and I will explain what I am attempting to do with the mods I am still working on and hope to have finished by the next video.

This will be the first video in series of 4, the next one will be the fenders and tanks and then as usual a paint video for the vehiclemode and then the robotmode next.

Wow! These upgrades are so amazing! Spectacular work! To be honest, I've always hated how bloated the BA Prime looked, so I actually prefer the MPM in that respect. I can't wait to see how this progresses! Keep up the great work!
Thank you! I am still working on making the parts strong enough but it is getting there,
I did some paint tests and it will be awesome, I can not wait to get it done!

Yes I am, I would however suggest a little wait since the doors are now done and the tanks almost to.

Can you design the arms of any dinobot?
I can.. but the resin has limits and I have so much to fix laying around my own desk atm that I might not be willing to do so.

Xp14 torso is too big. How did you slim his waist?
Actually I didnt, the proprotions that are off are basically the head size and the placement of the headlights witch I both altered.
@@ratchetrepairs it looks really good. Is there a video on that? Your video makes it look better and is making me consider XP14
@@Fettupwithyou I actually show where I did the headlights in the video, the head to.
The head is my own design, allows LED installation and if you are interested comes with the instalation hardware included.
Once painted it only needs the removal of the matrix-chamber to fit in altmode.
Xp-14 is a great figure, I can recomend him.. especially at his price!
Where did you get that hands? I also needed articulated hands for my xp-14
These are the ones for the DOTM leader class, I believe Fakebusters made them first, you can now find them on ebay and aliexpress
@@ratchetrepairs thanks! I'll try to find some if I can't I'll try to make my own hands. Also I think you also customize the pegs for the hands cause the peg for the hands fo leader class prime is reversed. But how?
@@danielvicente9544 I sanded down the pegs, I actually bought a new XP-14 so I can show the mods, I Finally finished the "doors"
So they are sturdy and easy to mount and the new tanks are also almost finished, I just need to finish the fenders and I can start a proper video on all the mods and how to install them.

@@ratchetrepairs customizing figures are not easy task. There are a lot of trials and errors so if you taking a long time to finish it is understandable pal. Honestly I bought xp-14 instead of ls-03 because of your works. Also the price.
@@danielvicente9544The price is great and it scales so much better with the transformers than LS-03. and the figure is fun, especially for the price. I just finished the Fallen and my friend will edit the video but then it is back to this fella!

I am doing my best, the thing about prototyping is it is a bit of trial and error..
I am almost done with the doors and can show a update, then it is the rear feders and the tanks.
I recently got the Fallen in (the os yes) so ill do a quick review and repaint of him and get back to Prime again.
