Hello RR, great vid. I was on the fence abt this figure but after watching this Ill probably pull the trigger Two unrelated questions, are you still working on that bs01 dino reshell kit? And do you know how well UT dino alt mode scales with mpm car bots? I thought he looked a little big but wanted to hear from the scale master himself first. Also very out there but anyway to give ut dino a real headlight chest? Its the main reason why im sticking with bs01 lol
@@ZuhairRao Brawn is worth it, he is a great figure. I am working on the BS-01 reshell but there is still so much to finish before that. The altmode of UT’s Dino works really well it is just that his altmode needs some love (and paint) and the robotmode is a little to big. Ill cover that in a review of him that is coming up. There is no way a real headlight chest could work.

Theyb are fakebusters leader class hands, you can find them on ebay and on aliexpress
The new face is a lot better but the helmet is still wrong. That's still the helmet from the Bumblebee movie. The new design in Rise of the Beasts is almost entirely different.

I used hands for a MPM Optimus, I think it was the G1 version

I think you're the first person in Europe to get this figure!! Great job! I was also hyped for this figures and felt a bit disappointed once It was released. This looks like a 2017 MPM, actually... It looks too inaccurate for today's standard, in both modes. I'm not getting this! I have the Dotm Twins as alt mode stand in and they are ok. No Bot mode at the moment, but the Twins are really not a priority!
@@andreatognonato2389 I can imagine they not being a priority but I feel that if they did make a figure, at least look at both modes first. With 2 maybe 3 changes this would have been a winner, a musthave.. now it is just Meh.. Maybe some paint can help.
Great review! Curious, how close is alt mode scale with the deluxe mudflap and mpm carbots. Im currently eyeing those the most as theyre the cheapest to get and look pretty cool. Also for UT mudflap, how much of the alt mode is in the torso? Im think maybe its possible to reshell the alt to be more accurate and give him a new torso. Would be a lot of work but maybe doable? Last thing lol. Do you know how well the studio series rotf arcee sisters scale with mpm bots? From what ive seen it looks decent however I cant say for sure
@@ZuhairRao the Deluxe wont work, they are to small at 1:32 where the MPM cars are 1:28. 1:32 (Deluxe) is possible if you get the Baiwei OS SS Bee and the mpm scale Optimus etc (all around 1:32) but you wont have a proper Jazz and some others (plus most of the deluxe cars are older/harder to track down) This UT-07 sadly is the closest to a mpm scale Mudflap. The only option would be to change the hood and front for a more accurate one and turn it inside out witch is a little above my skill level for now. A lot happens in that area that is crucial for the rigidity of the vehicle. The Arcee sisters from the SS series are MPM scaled, I actually am working on new (bigger) heads and bigger wheels since those are the only letdowns they have for both modes
@@ratchetrepairs Thanks for the info, Yeah Im noticing these old deluxes scale better with the MPM truck bots but needed to make sure with the scale librarian himself. Split the new rotf 3 pack with my brother for the motorcycles. I might pass on the UT twins unless they go for cheap enough.
@@ZuhairRao they range from 45-65 online if you look (Bombusbee has him the cheapest) but the MPM truck scale works really well to. The Arcee Triplets are a fun set.

I got mine today, but the joints are really loose. Anyone else have this issue? How could I fix this?
depends on what joints are loose.. sometimes it is as simple as tightening some screws, other times you might need to add a little floorpolish or some superglue (let it dry before reasembly)
So the hand are locked in place? You can't rotate it anymore?

im having a hard time knowing what to pick up the xp-14 or the black apple, at first they dont look diferent, after looking better i see the differences, but still i have a baiwei studio series optimus
If you are asking my opinion, For play ability and easy transformation get the XP-14 the price is way better to at one third.. if you only have him in robotmode you would want the WJ Thunder leader, robotmode is unbeatable on that one.. it is the truckmode that I have issues with (especially rear fenders and the tanks sticking out fully)

@@TheNautilus99 BS03 is a totally different beast, that one is the OS Challenger (AOE/TLK Prime) Do you perhaps mean LS03-03F? That figure is nice, it has some mods but since he is a little bigger he is more suited for a mix and match with XP-13 and XP-15 (bee and Barricade) or with HA figures if you are into scale.

If by MPM you mean actual scale the wayI collect them (vehicle scale based on Bumblebee,Jazz and Barricade)than he is perfect.. you then need a bigger Optimus to (XP-14 or Thunder leader) if you base it on MPM Optimus Prime, Bonecrusher and megatron etc. he is to small and UT Desperado works best. (remember that is a great figure to) Since they used actual vehicles in the movies and the CGI bots changed sizes that much, I collect vehicles as a base (robots in disguise) this to me is the colection that fits this demands this far: - MPM Bumblebee, Jazz, Barricade (or KO) - OS MPM (T11) Ratchet - XP-14 or Thunder leader (Optimus) - Black Apple unbranded Ironhide - HA Mudflap, (UT-07 fits to) Roadbuster and Leadfoot. - UT-06 Red Dasher Dino (robotmode is to big, review comes soon) BMB- Corvette Assasin (Sideswipe) - DX-09La Hire (Hotrod) - OS Deluxe Lockdown (needs work) - Metagate Haiku (Drift) - BMB Storm Pioneer (brawl) -Unique Toys R-04 Nero (Galvatron - Original venerable ov-01 sentinel prime - DP-01 DOTM Megatron - BMB Zeus, Oversized Shockwave - BMB Oversized the Fallen BMB T10 Starscream (love hate since the altmode does not look like a jet) - New Age Mista - MPM-07 Bumblebee movie bumblebee. HMK-09 Fis a great mpm sized optimus to if you are into ROTB collecting And then get Baiwei TW1032 (bumblebee) I hope this helps you.
Finally English reviewer, i wanna know if that alt hand could be plug in just like when you plug in the blaster? Or you need remove the original hands? Or you need modified it?
I have not modified the hands on Bumblebee yet, The blasters he comes with plug into the current hands without ease.

@@suchasadman I made one ;-) To be fair it is relatively new, released last week. I got mine and made the video almost immediately. There are some video’s online about it but chinese. So I did my best to review it and provide a link to buy it.

Hound was bought on Aliexpress.. it is available as a firetruck and this.. He is advertised as 30 cm.. it is cheap but the scale works great

Do you mean if the robot transforms with this head? If that is the question, it can be made to fit if you remove the matrix chamber from the chest.
