Tesco's clubcard prices are still a scam compared to Aldi, Lidl or Farmfoods which have no loyalty card prices (Lidl Plus is member-only coupons, not member only prices like in Tesco or Sainsbury's).
All these super market cards are merely a way to exploit a loophole and circumvent certain legislation that was targeted at supermarkets. Harvesting customer data is a bonus for them

Do the same for Nectar card. Tesco get enough advertising out of being the main supermarket, they don’t need more.

I think club are prices are normal price and just a form of punishment for people who don’t have a club card. I’d say zero money is truthfully saved.
