It's a con. Duel pricing is shocking, also the club card prices are typically just the going nornal retail price meaning that if you dont have a club card youre paying way over the price you'd find that product in other shops like sainsburys. Also by giving tescos your data, if using tesco online they make your regular items unavailable and recommend more expensive alternatives.
100% facts. I noticed the con pricing myself, which makes shopping there a minefield. They lose more customers than they gain with this.
Do you have to top up club card??
A while ago I went to claim some club card points on a receipt and the person who worked there said I could also claim the difference in form as money as well not voucher on the club card deal I missed out on. I don't know if they still do this but it's probably something they don't want you to know about because I couldn't find any info about it online. I feel like maybe only certain staff might be aware if this as well.
Update went in today and this is still valid I feel like maybe all the employees who work their may not be aware think I just got lucky today so you might have to get a manager involved or something if you end up having to fight your corner about it and hopefully they are aware of their own facts as can't seem to find any info about this online. I am unsure if you can claim the difference if you don't have a club card but if anyone tries this let us know how you got on 👍
I'm really struggling to work out the basics with the new app. Finding the 10% big shop discount seems to change every shop! And just paying with the new app - well, I haven't yet. Can't work it out. I end up scanning my card to get points, but then paying when Android pay. Am I being thick? Any pointers please

What a waste of time. Can’t find info. on how to just use the points at the till. Too much faffing about with vouchers. Don’t have these problems at Sainsburys
