Mahindra has 281000 members and 4500 rooms multiply with 52 gives you 234000 members who cane be accommodated per year. What about atleast 50000 left out. In actual practice members left out would be quite more because everybody wants vacation period

Very nive video. Great to know your mother travelled with you. God bless you. Even i wish to take my mother here as I also am a club mahindra member. Can you suggest a room type as my mother uses a stick to walk due to leg problems. She can manage any flat surfaces but not steep slope. A few stairs are fine but not many. Thank you.

There is no issue like this here . Booking available through app only . Only you have to pre plan the trip for holiday depending upon your choice . Every month booking open for the next 90 days schedule which is fully available
Don't be a member, enough rooms are not available for members.
@@kps2017 You need to pre book your holiday on prior basis . 2 - 3 months prior for hassle free holiday . On the spot property is available on limited property as all member book property early
@@streamalongwithManish After going through so many reviews I would never ever be a member any of such services like club Mahindra as I am more concerned with my peace of mind than the luxurious property they may provide at a future date after paying in full now and the chances are slim as more members are added. Blue season members literally cry for the services they are offered. It's not value for money. It's a trap.

It depends on availability & are totally in the hands of resort . I have booked grand suite category . Grand suite are there high selling so they can might give you upgrade or exchange.

These three are totally different rooms . Grand studio and Nature studio are better option .
With senior citizen go for grand studio .
Nature studio is similar to themis mudhouse rooms . U can check online

Water villa - room 309 with biggest bathroom left from the entrance
two other best option with waterfall view .
Tree villa - As of knowledge i have checked three room all are similar room no such differrence

Club mahindra is in the process to add WATER VILLA AND TREE VILLA .
U can not booked but they upgrade it to the grand studio and nature studio guest .
But this totally on the resort power .

You can go ahead tu will have great experience. Both are owned property but both property is recently acquired this year so changes are happenning .
I dont think so there will availability on same dates .
I booked my membership nights so font know the current pricing . But tentative 10k se minimum room start hai

How to book this resort
If you are a club mahindra member you can book NATURE RESORT JAIPUR through the app and for non members you have to search THE TREE HOUSE RESORT JAIPUR.

In best of my knowledge
They will not charge below 6 years and
6 -13 yrs half price .
They will ask for valid id proof

Tree house and water villa can not be booked by app . There is extra charges for the same . It can be availed in the resort only . We got an option for free upgrade but uts totally depend on the resort staff & availability.
