Suffering can be a borderline experience, opening doors to the divine. Canadian black-metal-outfit GIVRE has dedicated its fourth album to this concept, well known throughout Christian history: On “Le Cloître” (engl. “The Cloister”) the band continues its exploration of the atoning side of pain and the austere aspects of faith through music that goes all the way from elegiac elegance to disturbing outbursts. Eisenwald is pleased to announce the release of “Le Cloître” for March 29th on various media.

It's not. None of the members are christian, and they're not promoting any religious beliefs.
@@mathieugaron3428at previous albums Destin Messianique and Erable Rouge logo of Givre has a Cross in it. Now it looks more paganic 😞😓

@@mathieugaron3428 Previous were better! 😉 I met that band by accident and they have strict catholic symbols. For me as declared roman catolic it is important. Thank you in advance for understanding!
@@mathieugaron3428 are you sure? Every one of these songs in this album , the title of them, are literally either catholic/orthodox mystics or saints. On top of that I've seen their instagram were they have a lot of posts about medieval christian paintings and old vintage pictures of priests and bishops.
