After hearing many complaints about the stock halogen headlight bulbs that come with the Promaster, we created an LED bulb upgrade kit that has everything you need install yourself!
These LED bulbs extend the reach of both your low beams and high beams significantly and make nighttime driving much safer!
Headlight bulbs are now a direct swap with no gasket maker, glue or adapters required!
Also works on any Ram Promaster Build out such as Winnebago (Travato and Solis) and Thor (Sequence, Rize and Scope)!
Kit includes everything you need to change the headlights on your own:
Detailed instructions on how to change the bulbs
- 4 x LED H7 low or high beam bulbs
- 2 x LED fog light bulbs (optional)
- Fender pullers for removing the headlight panels
- 10 mm socket screw driver
- 6mm Allen wrench for adjusting headlights
I was struggling to get the low beam installed until I saw your tip about putting the bulb in the hole fist, then push the socket in over it. That worked, as opposed to my first attempt at pushing in the bulb and socket in while connected together. Thanks!

What happens if you plug in the wrong way positive and negative and negative to positive or is that even
The headlight bulbs will line up with the housing so that it is always plugged in with the correct polarity. Of the fog lights don’t light up when power is sent to them, just unplug the connector and rotate it 180 degrees. No damage will be done if they are plugged in the wrong way!
I want to upgrade my ProMaster 2023 too but I can’t find any led lights that fit 2023 let me know if you find one
Is it possible to replace the bulbs without removing the entire headlight housing?
I’m sure you could. Honestly makes it much easier to just pull the whole assembly off. Pretty tight behind the drivers light.
You can but no point in fighting yourself to get the bulb in
Are these lED lights heated to help melt snow and ice off of the lenses?
They don't put off as much heat as the stock halogens but definitely do put off enough heat to melt snow and ice.
