Swami Mukundananda emphasizes the importance of understanding that true happiness comes from within, not from external possessions or achievements. They discuss the different levels of intellect, from the basic instincts of insects to the higher reasoning abilities of humans. Ultimately, true happiness is found by realizing one's divine nature and seeking fulfillment within oneself rather than constantly chasing external desires.
An experiment was conducted where researchers were giving cucumbers to monkeys. The monkeys were trained to hand a marble back to the researchers in exchange for a cucumber. However, when one monkey saw another receiving grape instead of cucumbers, it became frustrated and threw the cucumber back at Swami Mukundananda's face. This illustrates the concept that the grass is always greener on the other side, leading to unhappiness and dissatisfaction with one's own situation compared to others.
The video concludes with the message that those who find joy within themselves do not feel the need for external validation or companionship. They are content with the inner delight of divine connection, illuminated by the light within.
Additionally, Swami Mukundananda touches on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian scripture that offers guidance on how to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. The Bhagavad Gita teaches the importance of self-realization, understanding one's true nature as the eternal soul, and cultivating devotion to the divine. Through its wisdom, the Bhagavad Gita provides practical insights into overcoming the challenges of life and attaining lasting happiness and peace.

This is one of the refreshing videos I have seen in the recent times. Others have pretty much the same content repeated from old ones. Types of intellect very well explained by Swamiji in his soothing voice with real life examples. Krishna expects us to use our intellect given by Him, with which we have to understand and internalize that we are the soul and not the body. Hence our happiness exists in the divine realm to which soul belongs to.
