Here in Canada, the 4 doors were never badged as GT's. The GT's were all 2-doors here. I had one, the first of 3 Marina's I owned. Main differences were the rostyle wheels, front grill, aluminum trim below the trunk lid, triple gauge unit with tach., and side GT badges. Apart from that, you were driving a Coupe. I loved all 3 of my Marinas, and I couldn't care less what critics have to say about them. Drove mine all over Ontario.
In Britain, it was known as Morris Marina over here there was a marina 1800 TC it went like shit off a hot shovel that was a 4-door and a 2-door coupe there was also a station wagon version over here, in Australia there was a 3.0 L version
Seems to be a UK Morris Marina with the Austin badging and some of the trim. Most Austin versions were LHD due to being for LHD markets in North America and had 1800 engines - just South Africa would have been Austin badged with RHD but I dare say some exceptions were built in RHD. However, this one is registered with DVLA as a Morris with a 1300 engine.

Austin Really?
Theyre actually a Morris, the Austin name had more clout in America so they rebadged it ther e
Did they ever think that adding 'GT' to the name would transform a Marina? Symptomatic of BL's problems.
