Thank you for continuing to make this journey awesome! Appreciate you all. By clicking on this video you made my day. Yes, YOU! There is so much ahead!
I turned 11 in 1998 and I still remember going to see Halloween H20 and The Faculty in theatres as a kid. 🙌🏼
Good times man!
I love the Faculty it doesn't get enough credit it's a great movie great job lining up shots
I know right that was a good movie
Love this movie. It always reminds me of another fav of mind involving high-school kids acting very odd called 'Disturbing Behavior' that also came out in 1998.
@captainscentsible3938 Oh you mean the updated 'Rear Window' movie with Shia LaBeouf? I didn't mind most of that one but the ending was just way too rushed and didn't make sense with how the killer behaved.
@captainscentsible3938 Sure, I watched it about 6 or 7 times myself so that enjoyable factor is definitely there.
Great job dude! The '90s - early 2000 were a hot time for the Austin film community.
Haven't seen this movie in years. Need to see it again great video Jay
Thanks Tim
One of my favorite underrated movies! Thanks for doing this!

OH man I remember this movie, brings back so many good memories!! The Faculty is one of my go-to movies to watch when I was young (high school)
LockhartTX is one hour away from. Now I want to visit knowing two of my favorite films were made there. So cool!!
You put a lot into your videos...and it shows!
Thanks my friend
We love having you in Texas. Thank you for sharing. I love those movies. Stay safe. Much love 💕
Love Texas! Thank you Vonita!
Great job on this! I live in Austin, and love this movie. I’m obsessed with finding movie locations, and I feel like there are some locations to this movie that I found on my own, that most people usually don’t list. You are absolutely spot on for the location of Herrington High. Like you said, you can use the fender bender fight seen as reference. Also, I went through some old newspaper archives at the library, and found pictures of the old portions of the school for the deaf that were demolished in 1999, and they look exactly like they do in the film.
Mornin Jay!!!!
Good morning!
Awesome filming locations Jay! Your hard work and research shows and is greatly appreciated.
Thank you my friend. Enjoy Texas, and safe travels. ❤️🙏❤️

I have not but it’s on my radar. Amazing how many locations around Austin there are. Over 20. Love that movie. “Be a lot cooler if you did”

If you love The Faculty like I do Disturbing Behavior is a must watch too.
zeke drove a 1970 gto love this movie
Fun Video :) the faclty was a good movie, i liked it :) it was cheesy yes but its a good 90's horror movie lol and i tell ya Jay i have to give u props to doing fliming like this i would be so nevous of ppl driving by and be like what the heck is that person doing lol
It’s something you get used to filming in public but every now and then there is always someone who stops and just has to know what you are doing and out of curiosity will ask you what you doing! Ha it’s fun. Thanks my friend!
@@TampaJay oh yeah I can understand that I have done stuff before just not alone
the end of the 90's saw the end of practical FX use, and filming on locations, the start of CGI was being used in most newer films, including this one, before long, they were CGI'ing in places like this just to save money, and a better example, "LORD OF THE RINGS" shot on location, but used mad CGI for certain things, still though in it's early infancy.
very interesting) hello with Ukraine)respect!
Hello my friend!
The female teacher was in house on haunted hill
Smitty's, Black's, Kreuz's ---must stops in Lockhart. The whole city smells like wonderful BBQ. None of them are the same and each does something better than the other
That’s awesome. So I asked a local what the best barbecue in that town was. They responded Smitty’s! I wish I went through town when it was open. Definitely going to hit it up next time. Maybe try all of them.
@@TampaJay oh you definitely must! It’s called the BBQ crawl. I’ve done it a couple of times and though I was overly stuffed afterwards, I didn’t regret it one bit. Had no idea about the Faculty. Now you have given me another reason to return
@@prowrestlingisart6742 That’s awesome. So welcome. Thank you for watching!
