- This is my Ark Dinosaur size comparison video for Ark Survival Evolved new for 2020.
I have gathered all Ark Dinosaurs from Smallest to Largest, there are 122 terrestrial and amphibious animals displayed here.
Arks creatures span 300 million years of evolution, from the massive Carboniferous arthropods to the megafauna of the Late Pleistocene.
There are also many mythical and fictional creatures unique to ArK
Only Meganeura, Titanomyrma, the Jug Bug and Leech are untameable.
The largest tameable dinosaur in Ark is the Desert Titan, it's Wingspan is equal to its length at 360 FOOT / 110 METERS.
Ark wiki has estimated a single wall as being 1.6 Meters tall making a Ceiling or Foundation 2.5 Meters long.
I used this size reference to measure the Titans and I estimate my own hight in-game to be about 1.4 meters.
The Smallest Creature on Ark is the MEGANEURA with a body length of 1.5 feet / 45 cm and a wingspan of 2.5 feet / 75 cm, it looks to be well represented in-game.

lol ty, was it ok? I was going to put a lot more info in but would have been a long video, I thought giving my hight and running past them would give a good idea of their size
The Pilgrimz Project yeah i really liked this more than all the other size comparisons ive seen. The size of the creatures compared to each other and to your character was very clear and the fact that you can see all of them next to each other helps understand the range of scale in ark.
All that and also the fact that you included info on the larger creatures is just awesome, the fact that you put in the extra mile makes this vid tons better than all the other ones ive seen
So impressive all those different creatures in one game! Great job man.

And that, is why the game needs almost 100gb of storage to run.

Great video! This puts the game truly into perspective I think. I was surprises, watching this, at how big or small creatures are in relation to others. I hadn't ever actually realized for instance that the arthro, is actually bigger then the anky, even if only slightly. And the mantis is HUGE and I hadn't fully realized the size of it lol
So impressive, loved seeing them all set this way. And the info I wouldn't have even guessed

Epic job! Although, if anything, you undersized the titans a bit. Ark devs say the forest titan is actually 276 ft/84.2 meters and not the 216 ft/66 meters you said. Which can only mean the walls are a bit taller than expected lol
The creatures in this game are astonishing, I might give it a try as the game is on the gamepass

never was. obelisks, implants, dragon, broodmother, literally everything that is in the ocean, all flyers

Titanosaurus is a real Dino Exept its smaller than the Argentinasaurus. wild card just made a Agentinasaur Sized Titanosaur
Actually titanosaur is a clade of sauropods. Argentinosaur and Dreadnoughtus are part of titanosaur clades

The Gigantopithecus and Dier Bears are creatures I always tame and use a lot when I am out farming

Wait, the player character is 4'6"?!
No, he messed up the size of the walls and foundations, a wall is 2 meters high and a foundation is 3 meters wide, meaning the default player size is ~1.72m or 5'8"
