- In this video I have showcased the process of installation of 8K OPS, Ops - optical Parking system 8k- ops of in total 8 sensors .
This is a feature which is often seen in luxury sedans and even Superbs/Jettas/Passats, but it is possible to retrofit it into the Polo and that's exactly what I've done in this video

I am thinking it would have been better if the graphics on the screen were rotated 90 deg CW. Would have been easier to read(now you have to do rotational transformation everytime in your head 😅). Anyway, you have to live with what it comes with.

With a composition media the ops would be displayed upright as you mentioned along with a camera input, but unfortunately with our head units, this is the best we get

Hello Prerak can you help me with the back parking sensor basically I changed my old bumper to a GT bumper on my polo 2013 highline. It has oem sensors I needed help with the drill bit size and the distance at which I need to install them. Thanks

what is the stereo RCD 330G/340/360?
I'm having Jetta Highline 2016 model with front and rear stock OPS sensors, only thing missing is Apple car play and android auto, can you suggest a new vw stereo that should support both apple car play and android auto along with park assist. Because I found that not every stereo with Android Auto and Apple car play is supporting the park assist feature with Ops sensors

Yes VCDS coding needed. Laptop plugged to car’s obd port
In my polo cl. It already has rear sensors. I am planning to upgrade to RCD 340. By retrofitting front 4 sensors alone will the 8k ops works along with the existing rear sensor module?
New rear sensor module, will be required as well which will be included in the 8k ops kit
I’ve got the rear parking sensors installed as also the rear camera with the RCD 340 in CL Polo. Can I still fit these front sensors? If yes how to source these sensors.

Will it work with Manual Comfortline with rear sensors but no touch oem head unit ?
You will need an RCD330 Or 340, basically a touch OEM head unit
Will this work with the parking camera which is connected to the RCD unit ?
With a composition media head unit, it'll display simultaneously the camera and ops, but with an RCD340,330, It'll display it in 2 seperate windows which you can toggle between

It’s possible to install front pdc with ops to a golf 5 plus, back pdc is already there, but no ops.
Yes it is possible, kits for Jetta/Golf MK6 And MK6 are similar, available on Ali express

So the auto module detects under 15kmph. Soo what happens while waiting in traffic signals. Will it keep on beeping if any vechicles stands very close to us?
It won't beep you're too close the vehicle up front, it just shows the display
In that case is there any way to turn down the beep.
Yes, volume can be reduced and with an on screen command beeping can be muted as well

Volume has to be controlled via vcds, mute button is right on the screen

You'll need a kit with all 8 sensors, after wiring it all in, it'll work

I believe you have routed wires from wrong side thats why you feel they are long.
This kit is made with LHD spec in mind, ours is RHD, even then, this is the way to route them because grommet for firewall was on this side, if i were to route it from other side, the harness for sensor wire would be left short

Those are all screws not bolts. Bolts are different. Good work though
