It is upgrading Cheema's knowledge that 70 to 75% Indians are doing business abroad and not salaried jobs. The best part is that with their clean ethics , they have earned respect for the country. Top CEOs are helping in shining the positives for the nation ,building it's reputation. India has enough home talent to run the nation so let people migrate to earn more for the nation.

In Indian schools, right from young age we focus our learning curriculums on Analytical skills, logical reasoning and rational approach. Ofcourse, knowledge, innovation upgrade and hardwork also sums it up. That's why we grow.
None of the schools in India have religious studies only focuses on knowledge upliftment.

For every Indian going to US on a permanent basis, there are 10 who work for short term and return to India. Flipkart was started by ex-Amazon employees. So this collaboration is quite beneficial to India.
Wrt to Indian premier engineering colleges like IIT, they are a good talent recruitment tool as they choose few thousand top minds out of several lacs. However, education in these institutes have very little collaboration with industry and hence these talents are not developed. All these CEOs - Pichai, Agrawal etc did their post grads in US where their talents were further developed.
IITs need to have more industry collaboration as well as outside minds. We hardly have non-Indian students in IIT / NITs whereas US univs have top students from all over the world. This diversity also helps in nurturing talent there through sharing of knowledge.

recently i saw the interview of sundar pichai with indian media channel...he said he always prefers india for testing grounds...he gives his reason huge middle class population,he said google pay was introduced in india and it is successful..he said he is optimistic about india..he remembered his commitment about 10 billion $ investment in india..he could have been invest and test goggle's ideas in any where in the world..similarly if indian govt. Really think this is brain drain then why india urges USA to revival of H1B visa policy...when markets were working in close system then brain drain was the real term for expatriate...but today markets are linked so strong...nature is circular now,,many Californian indian returned to india and bengluru is their destination...export of knowledge is not bad thing somehow it benefits us...

Brain drain is not a big problem now a days, because all those who migrate overseas are part of overflow, still remained populations are enough to grow, indian cos can't provide enough job for them, so it's natural, but it can be reverse after fifteen twenty years when population of India will start declining

No it is NOT brain drain. They are India's ambassadors and reflect the strength of India's education, intellectual capabilities and strong upbringing. The concept of brain drain is null and void in a highly global world.

Sumit Peer approached this issue poorly. IT sector has a SCARCITY of workers at all levels in western countries. This is not the case in India and hence no "Bangladeshi Muslim Immigrant" needs to be imported to fill roles. Indians leading global IT companies is a testimony to Indian education, talent and work ethic.
