This is a review of the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66! The pair that I have are the standard version in all white leather and suede.
Yassss I had a pair back in High School too!! I wore them to school almost everyday and absolutely loved it! So comfortable, sleek and just 🔥 I love that yours is so white and clean 👌🏼

Great review, I very much agree, I love these shoes as well. I would recommend to ANYONE to shovel out that little extra dough to get the SD version. The shoe is more comfortable, lasts longer and the leather holds up a lot better after the same amount of wear time.
Currently own 2 pairs. Love the design. Personally, they looks much better than Nike and Adidas sneakers.
They sure do look good, But are very bad for walking, puma Rider is much better

I own multiple pairs of onitsuka tiger, a couple of them being the mexico 66. among all the shoes that I have, the onitsuka tiger are the most comfortable, especially the mexico 66.
I just got those kind of onitsuka, i LOVE them!!
These were my beaters for 2 years until the thread have holes. Way comfier despite the minimal padding. Only downside is that you can only wear them with cuff or cropped pants. They dont look right with uncuffed pants plus the flap goes up which is annoying.
Disagree, btw have you seen Kill Bill? In the copperhead scene Uma's not wearing cropped jeans but it's dope, I wonder what jeans that is...

WHY? For reviewing shoes? You Are easily impressed
looks nice, but unfortunately looks like it does not have good cushion for the heel, I always get friggin scratches and wounds on my heel because the friction will really get the toll on you on a long walk especially if you a are wearing low cut socks

They look a little bit bigger! How big are they? Like they don't have inside cushion is just leather inside the sneaker, I think you need to go down like one number. What do you think after using it?
Opinions on the SD version vs the base? Seems like a thin sole and insole is the weak point of the sneakers which the SD version fixes with better versions of both

I advise people not to buy This shoe, Yes it looks good and has nice material, but it has no ankle support and almost no cushion, I had to walk home 45 minutes in These shoe's once and had blisters and so much foot pain,
Skill issue
I used in Hong Kong and my feet were hurting like hell. Bad choice for flat feet.
This advise is possibly applicable to many people. However for people who have well developed feet and are also comfortable with bare feet, this is great.
