Avant attachments: Concrete Mixing Bucket

The concrete mixing bucket is a handy tool when you need to make concrete without electricity or when you need to transport or lift the concrete to a place hard to access. The new model is equipped with a 400 mm screw shaft and a guard grill on the bucket. The bucket is emptied from the bottom hatch in the middle of the bucket. Hatch opening is powered by a hydraulic cylinder controlled with an electric directional valve, operation from driver's seat with an electric switch. The bucket is also equipped with a flexible emptying tube which mounts on the bottom hatch. This enables the pouring of the concrete further away from the bucket.

The mixed concrete is easy and effortless to transport and pour into the desired place
Sand can be taken in the bucket directly from the ground
Concrete can be ejected up to 2 m height.

Mischungsverhältnis wird geschätzt oder wie?

Entscheidend ist der Einsatz für was der Beton benötigt wird.
Das Mischungsverhältnis sollte ca. 1 zu 4 sein, (1 Anteil Beton zu 4 Anteilen Kies)
Danach Wasser zugeben bis gewünschte Konsistenz entsteht.

Mischverhältniss wird doch auf Baustelle immer geschätzt... ich hab noch nicht erlebt das der Maurer was gewogen hat.
Wenn du gleichbleibenden Beton mit exaktem Mischungsverhältniss brauchst bist auf Transportbeton angewiesen.
So eine Schaufel ist gedacht für kleine nicht statisch relevante Betonagen, für große Angelegenheiten bzw statisch belastete Teile greift man sowieso auf Transportbeton zurück
