Dollmore Lusion Nostalgia Dahlia box opening ~ amazing estate sale find!

- Thanks to a friend that sent me the link on Instagram for an estate sale that had 2 lusions for an incredible price, I now have a lusion 🤩 This is Nostalgia Dahlia I changed her eyes over to the grey ones, and spent the day cleaning up stains (I found a lot more under her default set after I finished the video - they mostly came off, thankfully she was protected by the layers of sealant and blushing!) and now I find her goth styling quite charming she's like a cute/grumpy Wednesday Addams 😆 even her manicure (and pedicure to match) are surprisingly growing on me 😂 I'll likely try to get a spare set of hands and feet from dollmore so she has options, and also because that black/red blushing is a pain to maintain and is also constantly leaving marks if it brushes her legs etc.
I also hand washed then soaked her default set with a bit of vinegar to hopefully keep it from staining if I put her in it again, it's really pretty, and even prettier washed!! I don't think she was ever out of her default set after her original owner got her from dollmore 😅 She is properly spoiled now I went a bit crazy shopping for her (she can fit kids clothes!) as usual you'll be seeing more on IG soon 🙃 Thank you for watching!!

I also wanted to say thank you for showing her! People had said that Lusion Dahlia dolls were so big and heavy, and that sort of put me off. I collect Himstedts, mostly 2005 to 2007 and 33 in. to 36 in. Dahlia doesn't look any heavier to me! Love her!
Lusion is quite easy to handle once you get used to her!! About 10-11lbs, dressed with shoes. I think you should go for it, don't be discouraged by the naysayers. I think if you like himstedts you will probably like lusion 🥰 Also check @u_unique 's channel, she shows a lot of tricks for handling them, and is super nice too!!

Thank you ☺ the first time I saw these dolls years ago I thought they were so cool! She really is the size of a toddler, it's hard to get used to these big dolls... but she is so fun, I love it! (And she is easy to find clothes for) 😉

Awww, thank you! This is all her stock things, but it is quite beautiful as usual (dollmore does so well on their fullsets 😍)! I would have honestly been so upset if she didn't have that cat necklace 😂 I'm still a little miffed she doesn't have the lace butterfly on her head dress, going to have to remedy that! Having the lusion and illua dahlias together is really cool, they are so similar and so different! Maybe I should make a different sort of video just to compare different dollies one day 🤔 thank you for always watching and commenting 😊

Big dolls are a bit too much for me, but she is indeed so pretty! And what a beautiful outfit!! I'm wondering though, I saw her in another unboxing video, and she had a hard time keeping poses there as well, is that a thing with big dolls? They can't be strung tight enough because of the size?
Thank you! Yes their limbs are quite heavy for the elastic 😅 I have seen people suede and/or wire them, but that is too much for me for what I see as minimal result, so far I have been able to work within her limits for pics 😁
