I think the Ocean Leap also sends out a Cannonball, it's a little hard to see (bc it's simmilar to the regular attack) but you can see it when they turn around in the first sneak peak

the airgun sneak in the direct is most likely the "shock valve" technique leaked by a guy in the discord server
Imagine if they added an Imaginary Technique applied to the Ant Antenna which lasts for 30 seconds and your mana will be infinite as you can now summon a hollow purple using ant antenna which deals like 500 dmg and insta kills to any boss that is 50% or less of their health just like the execution mechanic of the daggers in-game but there is one flaw, you need to have tenacity aced because You can't use it without being on only 1 HP anyone hit with the hollow purple in pvp will kill anyone that gets hit by it

If i had to guess i think these would be the locations for the techniques:
-Upheaval: Probally in the desert or maybe some drop related to granny by chance, because of the boulderblades being effected by it and granny dropping a maul too.
-Darkspin arts: Probally a snow cultist drop or somewhere in the winter.
-Magic chalk: it will be probally be dropped by chalkman or in the update they will add more depth to chalk stuff.
-Ocult arts: very easy to guess, it would probally be sold by that npc on the door.
-Sonic boom: would probally be able to be crafted by Mila, the same npc that sells you the sound staff and pocket mirror.
-Berried arts: I can't really tell from what are you going to get it, but i'd say you could get it like in the tombs or as a Cata drop.
-Sunken soul: There is a lot of chance to this being from Sailord as a challenge medal drop, but i hate saying that these things are going to be challenge medal stuff for the reason of diversity.
-Ambidextrous: I gues you would have a gun equipped, and it would turn into a nail gun and giving you a scrap scickle for parrying.
-Thunder charge: It would be in the Savanaah but i don't really i think it would be 100% From Shock Marauder.
-Ocean leap: Probally from Big Bay or Sailord related.

The techniques are not for specific weapons its for type of weapon (sword, axe, bow, etc) so prob any technique that can be forge in a sword will work for coffinhilt and any technique for guns will be for coffinlock
