there's actually a really op way to grind gold (late game) challenge medal expert sky battlegrounds, extremely hard but if you have a cheese build then it'll be the best way to grind gold (2k gold a min!!!)
Its near the desert outpost and there is 2 mystery worms so you can kill one then go to the other one and the one you killed will spawn and repeat (sorry if my english is bad)
I like to farm by killing thief king, why? He spawn 3 thiefs (they help with an achievement to kill 1000 thiefs) plus i get kills for the 10000 enemy kills achievements

When you do big iron with Mondo ring, challenge medal, and pirate earrings, you are guaranteed to get 10k+
I don't use challenge medal but I do use pirate earrings
