I love you so much! Do you typically do your eyes first before the rest? Also why do you use white eyeliner on your water line when so many other people use black? Do you change up your beauty marks on your face too? Like you make such a bold makeup look, look subtle and sweet! I love it and live for it!
the white eyeliner opens up your eyes, makes them look bigger
But like, other people use black to do the same thing?
Morgan Waste Actually, black eyeliner makes your eyes look smaller. Not bigger.
But who wants to make their eyes smaller?
Morgan Waste it's more for a sultry look, black eyeliner looks deep and smoky, white eyeliner looks more doll-like and wide-eyed. :)
