Not that I'm ever going to build one but have been thinking along these lines ever since the double burning smokeless fire pits came out. You have taken my thoughts even further along with this concept. It looks like it should work beautifully all but eliminating creosote buildup while getting the full potential of available BTU's out of the wood. I use to be a designer/ fabricator / welder and appreciate the thought process along with the work that went into this. Great stuff !

Why casters? The exhaust vent (chimney) is a fixed point and you're not going to want your little stove moving around with hot coals and flammables all around.
The hot water tank to the chimney, while a clever way of collecting heat is just going to pump steam into your dwelling.

Yeah we keep two tea kettles on our stove with water in them at all times in the winter, just to breathe. I agree with the casters, why? But then I look at the pure cast iron wood stove my Father bought 40 years ago and remember it took four strong men to move it in the house. I bet they wished it had of been on wheels even back then, it weighs 400lbs.

Imagine a smaller fire producing a much higher percentage of heat output than pipe throughput. Your invention is the answer to green house waste and I can only imagine the marketing and profiteering you WILL easily reap. When I build a camp fire I feel guilty for watching all that heat heading to the sky rather than being directed. This is a nice stove. You have great fabrication skills. My only critique is that you tack weld it together. You obviously know how to run an arc welder. You should practice welding full beads for your projects. Heat distortion might be an issue but you could control that with turning voltage down and stitch welding instead of full beads. I hope you wore a mask when welding the galvanized parts. That’s some nasty crap you don’t want to inhale.

Thank you. The body of the stove I made from an old gas tank, and the water heater part, I made from an old water heater shell

Great heat exchanger..most stoves on YT seem to have bare metal and they get to 500 degrees. That seems suboptimal.

Если вдруг отключится электричество, то вам придётся экстренно откручивать вентилятор или заливать печь водой. Иначе там всё расплавится .

taking heat from combustion chamber reduces combustion efficiency. You might could fill those with refractory cement and create a thermo mass or som kind of hi temp insulation and keep the heat in the combustion area and then run a smoke shelf introduce fresh air for secondary burn and the create and use a heat exchanger and thermo mass to transfer the heat out of the exhaust, the water is good use but be caution and a pressure relieve valve might be beneficial because if the water level got low you might create enough steam pressure for an explosion

интересно а можно ли запитать вентилятор от элементов Пельтье, и насколько это разумно по деньгам, тогда печка станет и эффективнее и энергонезависимой.

If I pay you, can you make me one and will it run on number one red dyed diesel? How long will a gallon of fuel last if put at it's lowest setting? I would like to put one of these in my wife's greenhouse. It snows here in Montana most of the year and we need a heat source.

Спасибо. Я только показываю, как это сделать, а не делаю на продажу. Вы можете попросить механическую мастерскую изготовить модель печи, подобную моей, эта печь будет очень эффективной и согреет ваш дом.
