What's your calorie intake and expenditure?
Glad you enjoyed it mate! I typically eat 3000-3500 calories, and the amount of calories burnt depends on my training load for that day, but probably between 2000-3000. Bare in mind you also burn calories just from existing/walking/sleeping etc 🤝
