It can only be considered hit if it can pass $500 (cost 400+ and interest) and some profit for the distributors and theatre owners. First cut down high actor fees as now actors are VFX creators. The actors are quite useless? When it reaches 500*1.4 = 700 then its a hit and when it reaches 1000 crores then its a blockbuster.

The actors work day and night, these people have worked on this film for 6 years so how are useless ?? And if the film flops then all the blame goes on the actors also…. Double standards

You made so costly movie-Why? Stop making so costly affairs Bombay. We are not English market But even before it touches 500 crores it will incur the low theater occupancy loses that already are felt. And we have to use our own technicians to make a cheaper movie so that we can incur some profits.

Before release Disney India head said Brahmastra - 1 is the most expensive film ever made in the history of Indian cinema even Ayan Mukerji also said the same thing , he also said Brahmastra - 2 and 3 will only get made if Brahmastra - 1 is a success but now when Brahmastra - 1 is a Disaster which hasn't even recovered it's budget , most overrated actor Ranbir Kapoor with his aggressive PR machinery is spreading this news that Brahmastra - 1 is not an expensive film . They did the same with Gangubai Kathiawadi which was made at a budget of 175 Crores earned only 95 Crores ( Real Collection ) Producers Figure 102.68 Crores but Alia Bhatt's PR made people believe that it's a success . P S:- if by selling Digital, Music and Satellite rights a film was called success than there is no Disaster in Bollywood , All films are success
