- I'm aware there are tons of these on CZcams.. but sorry, Cellphone camera and mic don't do it for me... or many others... So I made this one with proper mic so folks could really hear the difference... The wind did not cooperate.

BMW did an excellent on the fusion and the supercharger exhaust. It puts a warm feeling in my heart. It goes with the car but at the same time you wouldn’t even think a car like this would sound like it

@SeanOwens, hey i have a 2002 mini cooper S. The left muffler is the muffler with a leak along the seam. Any suggestions as to what i should do. Get a whole new exhaust or try look for a single in duel out muffler ?
Ben Marshall do the one ball mod. it sounds good and isn't too loud and is cheap.. the left is the muffler that is removed.
my mistake... it's the left you keep.. you could just get a used one from a scrap yard.. or many groups on facebook.. you think you want to spend money for a loud exhaust but really, you don't. you don't want to spend on something for others to hear.. keep it cheap, find a solid used one and go one ball

+✱AT Productions✱ most exhaust shops will do it for less than 100 bucks. you just need a 45 degree bend welded in. 2 cuts, 2 welds...

There's a video a guy posted of the shop doing his, and they use a 90 degree bend. Did you just have them cut as little as possible to use a 45? A friend of mine wants to do this since his resonator is getting rusty, so I was just gonna get a 45 or 90 degree mandrel bent piece from my work.

I want to do this to my 2006 R53, but I am hesitant. How do you like the results? It sounds great in the video. I guess my major concern is that I don't want the car to be obnoxiously loud. Louder than stock is fine, I just don't want to sound like a ricer going down the street.

Rich Noble not yet... Heat exchanger gasket, front ball joints, high pressure line for the power steering, timing chain tensioner, front pads and rotors, and tires.... but damn it's fun to drive!!!

You were right. 2005 and up. I put a 2005 ECU in my 2003 and it pops and burbles a LOT more.
they all have the same engine just the 2004-06 has 10 extra hp i have an 03 and it pops all the time
