Episode 8: Mission Impossible: Finding The Perfect Donor Car
In this video we go an visit a local Pull Apart Salvage yard and I had a great time looking for parts as well as seeing the various cars in the yard. My impossible mission here (not once but twice) was to find the perfect front bumper for the Rally 'Stang, as well as a few other pieces. If you all don't recall, the front bumper cover was obliterated on the right side. Will I be successful? Depends on your definition of success. :D
The Salvage yard was very well organized and the staff was amazing. Definitely will be going back there several more times I think! They have just so many amazing cars. :) The 1966 Rolls Royce Silver Spur (even though it looks like a rusted heap of metal) still is very beautiful in its own right.
