Parting Soliloquy is about the fear of inevitably losing ones parents. The lake is representative of the barrier between life and death. The figures on the other side are the characters parents that he cannot reach. The cry of 'Please don't leave me here' is him not wanting to be left in the world without the only two people he was ever sure that loved him.

Black Tongue is so fucking sick. I don't really listen to any Deathcore except for Infant Annihilator and Black Tongue. I've seen them live in 2011 (or 2010 or 2012) and they blew my fucking mind. Since then, they've only improved. The Unconquerable Dark was and still is on of my fav albums every, and Nadir is so insane as well.

I swear it sounds like he's being murdered violently at least twice in every song. How he goes into actually singing well afterwards is fucking terrifying. Forging towards the sunset live... Jesus wept...
