If you watch the scene again, Walt shook Jesse trying to wake him up, but when he shook Jesse, he inadvertently knocked Jane onto her back which resulted in her death. If Walt didnt shake Jesse, she wouldnt have rolled onto her back. Its 100% Walt's fault.
