"Pawn Stars" follows three generations of the Harrison family as they assess the value of items coming in and out of their Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, from the commonplace to the truly historic.

That was funny the customer using Rick's own line on him , i can't go a penny less. Lol
does anyone who watches this show think that they should make a second show on them selling these things to show what he makes off them. the hits the misses and the break evens?
Only Craig and dana white came on this catagory
That would be interesting to follow up on some of the items. I've wondered how long do they sit before they sell and what it ends up costing the shop while they sit...unless it's an item they're taking to a collector or auction.
Yeah I totally agree and would be real interesting to see
That show is called storage wars 🤣
He has a done it a few times. He has taken a bunch of stuff to auction and lost money.
If you didn't know Napoleon's Sword was actually sold in an auction for $6.4 million dollars.
Rick would offer 6.00 for it lol.
Napoleons sword and napoleon era sword are totally different things
However 3k is too low for these swords, I am pretty sure any one of them will be sold more than 3k
Chi chan Best I could do is 7 bucks and a piece of chum’s chewed up gum
Chi chan "It's too much for Rick's blood".
This guy is a terrible at negotiating
Nah, he knows whats up. Pawn shop normally buy in at 1/3 of resell price and half if the market for the item is big enough.
He had a plan since going in.....ask $6000 get $3000....maybe he got them for $100 bucks each who knows....
And y'all are dumb if you think they negotiated like that in real life.
@@madhavsharma4664 its reality t.v entertainment for people at home real or fake its not for everyone. Yes its scripted so what, its enjoyable.
“Do you mind if I call in a friend of mine to look at these?”
“Sure if you don’t mind my seeing some verification on the part of your “friends”, I’ve seen enough of this show to know how that works more often than not.”
Let me call a guy from Napoleon Era
lol
I always take take my stuff to a pawn shop...LOL
"These swords are special to me because they represent a part of history. I value them so much that I'd be willing to sell them off to have a few extra shrubs and a rock garden in my yard."
This show kills me sometimes.
first time i heard "i couldnt do a penny less"
from seller then Ric shook hand after
Come on man! Give him his 100 bucks.
That kind of a man is 3k is for his wife and the 100 is for himself.😂
Such a cool job
Rick:How much?
Customer:About 6000$
Rick:Let's go 2500$
He has skils for buying things for the half of their cost.
Yeah but €6000 is absurdly high for these.
Awesome !
This guy wasn't about to let Rick insult him.
I love this
They used a system of 13 inches per foot.... so he was 5’8”. 5 foot 8 is short lol. 😂
It's like 1 inch under the global average bro🤣😂🤣 . It's not short, but it's not tall. Let's be real here. 5'4 is midget status 🤣😂🤣🤣
Definitely cool swords.😎👍
"I cannot do a penny less".
Seller asks for a reasonable price and actually gets it. Getting 3k with pretty much zero negotiating from items that were low valued at 4.5k (we all know that’s the only value Rick will consider when negotiating) is really good.
Rick always has a prussian sword expert around
how often do you reupload those?
guy conned himself.
Cory, Chum, What are you guys doing with those swords?
We are making them look more authentic.
- I want 6500 and not a penny less.
- I ll give you 50$.
- Well actually 50$ was a good offer cause he took all the risks...
So he was 5'8"? Still fairly short
5'8 is within average at the very least. there are countries who's average height for male is 5'6.
If you want to see the ultimate piece of history from Waterloo, Napoleon's actual hat from the battle is still around and sold for $400,000 last year. Which IMO is way low. You can see it on Google Images.
How many times are you guys going to post to the same clip but change the title? Time to unsubscribe. I guess I want something on your channel I'll just go looking for it.
Oh please no don't, they will be absolutely devastated to lose you as a loyal customer getting to watch these FREE clips they upload 😂
2:07 Skip to the Specialist!
Hi , I'm Rick Harrison and these are my Specialists
I was just watching a Pawn Stars rerun on TV, phone sitting next to me, and when I checked my CZcams feeds this video came right up. I never watch Pawn Stars on CZcams. Hmm.
phones listen to you. its not a secret. especially if you have a google phone that thing listens to you all the time and then gives you ads for things you say.
Also anything you search on the internet can come up in ads on CZcams
i like this story. it has a mutually happy ending.
Luckily to get $3k. Swords without scabbards are not worth nearly as much as one with a scabbard. Condition also a factor.
Rick: Let me get my buddy Napoleon come down and check it out...
Notice how Rick cut him off at the knees with the guys name…
Wow! A reasonable seller lol
He got you know what.
@0:58
1:50 your welcome
PERVEZ khan for what
How do they know they where in the battle of Waterloo?
Expert:If Rick got these swords, it would be great for the shop.
Reality:Il get it from Rick then.
I honestly did not think there was going to be a deal made. I'm sure Rick would've bought them for the original $3100 offer though...
He was gonna say 3500 but he accidentally said 3100
Awsome
I want that french sword
we need more rebecca
We need more of joe BAHAMA MAMA instead
then where is Adam, lol
Daryl, go ask your wife for more Rebecca. I highly doubt she would agree.
Florida Crypto R im a junior in high school
Palash Nandi desperately looking for a book😂
Why didnt he just auction it. Im pretty sure he would of made a lot more than 3K.
There are fees to pay at auction houses with no guarantees while u walk out of a pawn shop with cash in hand, but yes, the potential payout can be much greater.
Every expert on every episode: "If Rick can get the right deal, this would be great for the shop."
Yeah think he basically means if Rick can lowball him enough then he will make some decent money 😂
Every guy selling something here mentions it's because of his wife.
Who ever writes the scripts needs new material
You can only use so many words to cover for the word gambling lol.. they all just picked the wife as the best excuse
Redhead 0:58 , Redhead 4:41 . Either this girl spent the entire day at the pawn shop, or they have the "experts" lined up in the parking lot.
Rick's glasses look like they are from the Napoleonic era.
Imma call my sword guy .
Sean is nice
The show should be called let me call my friend
Learn to haggle if you are going into a pawn shop. The consultant said 1500 min on each thats 4500 low, final no deal. Thats the way you do it.
One penny for the 3.
Rick would have given him 3100$
If I were Rick I would be like ok let me call Google to find out more about it
i would never go to these guys to sell anything
but ... will it keeeeeel?
Was this guy just born yesterday
Why did the dude start negotiating at $3100?!? He screwed himself lol.
Napoleon was 5'-7", that's short.
Nice Shot not in 1815.
That was above average height for the time
Yeah napoleon's sword was never used in anger.
seller cut the price in half
You’re lying if you say you’ve never tried to imitate Ricks laugh. We all know you have.
How did the history channel post their comment two days ago when the video itself was posted an hour ago?
Bryan Chasmar ughhh when they edit it, or do anything to change it, it moves the date to the edit date.
Or they re upload it
The cellar could have easily gotten 3500 from Rick if he didn't jump the gun so soon
the dude is using ricks tricks
Nobody:
Rick: ahhahahahahahahhaahha
He was not a calvalier he was an artillary commnder
These experts for sure say it’s worth less than what it actually does . They’re on the payroll .
The expert even alludes to that at the end when saying "it could be a great 'deal' for the shop"...I understand it's a pawn shop. I also understand that there are no fees to pay like at an auction, its cash money on the spot, but they are def low balling people.

1:42 I have one that looks very similar to the end of this one but it has the ottoman flag, anyone knows wassup hit me up?
U know the dates etc but ring a friend ammeter.?....
Is it me , but is Ricks laugh really really annoying?
Nice click bait title
I’ve noticed people that don’t wear nice clothes tend to stick on that old wrinkly dress shirt to go into the shop for show
I don't understand the joke about napoleons height
Easiest deal ever
Hola
Hey Rick I Have Jimi Hendrix’s Marshall 💯 Watt All Tube 1968 Amplifier and 1968 Fender Stratocaster And His 1968 Chevrolet Corvette . Interested ? 🧐 Hmmmmm . 🃏
So he would’ve been 5’8 that’s still short 🤷🏻♂️
Napoleon, I can understand why they still revere him in France. France no longer has the reputation that is worthy of Napoleon.
Re upload :(
Sorry Rick but 5 foot 8 is still short 😂
Not for his time... you do realize people are taller today than 200 years ago right?
WHERE IS THE HELMET SHIRT weapons dude in all of these!?! HE is the weapons guy, come on........Mark would probably do for MOST anything, but his expertise might center more on AMERICAN history but who knows. Could probably handle Waterloo swords. Maybe. Providence could be TOUGH, though. But YEAH, this guy, expert, is good too.
Worst negotiator ever
hmm just watched this 2 days ago... am i a time traveller??? or are you just reposting the same videos again and again.. smh
Screwed again
5'8" is still kinda short
Was above average height for the time though
My high school tough me that Napoleon was short 🤦🏻♂️😂
Fungi
napôleon wasnt short. "ha ha ha thats funny" - did i miss the joke? it wasnt funny..
@SicSemperEvelloMortemTyrannis TyrannyEnder you did not understand his question
I think the joke has to do with the metric system vs the other one, or maybe I'm reading too much into it IDK@SicSemperEvelloMortemTyrannis TyrannyEnder
RICK BRUCE LEE SWORDS.
They know all this stuff anout the items but not how to value them. hmmm
Again with the wives bullying their men
1:45 clapable 😏

Girl in the green pants is thickkk

I want to sell my wife instead of my valuable swords.
