  • I got a puncture, so I filmed the process of my first time ever removing a rear wheel, for my 2019 ZX6R Ninja. It wasn't pretty :) Shout out to Parkitt Motorcycles in Newark for the great service in fitting my tyre. Love those guys.

I just subscribed. Great video. I replaced my rear tire last year and good for you putting it in you tube. I've been a tire Tech for 24 years now but I have never owned a sport bike before so you and I are both learning.

I change my wheels quite often best tip I had was get a block of wood or something to hold the tyre up it frees your hands up. Measure the gap between the wheel and floor when on the stand and get something to go in there 👌👌

That’s a good simple tip. I’ll use that in future. Really appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thank you 🙏

Picking up the rear wheel was honestly the hardest part of this whole process! After struggling for 20 minutes, I ended up getting a ratchet strap and suspending the wheel from the tail.

Mate did you have trouble getting your wheel back on im having terrible trouble getting mine to all go back together. Lining up the callipers and getting the wheel back in without the spacers keep falling out and ive taken wheels off plenty of times absolutely pissing me off
