  • Select 720HD. The hits selected from Blood, Sweat & Tears Halifax 1980 concert.
    01:21 Trois Gymnopodies (intro)
    02:16 God Bless The Child
    04:31 Hi De Ho
    08:41 And When I Die
09:55 You've Made Me So Very Happy
    11:11 Trois Gymnopodies (outro).
There is so little BS&T footage and this concert is pretty much IT for BS&T at their peak, so I wanted to put up a decent HD upload minus the also-ran songs. (No 'Spinning Wheel' I'm afraid, because this was done for myself, so sorry if any fans of that song miss it!)

That's his Blood Sweat and Tears this made me love jazz. David's appearance on the stage is simply mesmerising experience, such a great voice, his presence in connection to the audience hey simply unbelievable. One of the greatest singers that I came to know. Thank you David clayton-thomas all those beautiful and the joyful moments that you gave us.

Special voices seem to just ‘happen’ and do I ever feel blessed to have heard DCT’s pipes. The musicians were awesome and tee’d it up perfectly for this world class entertainer. Simply TIMELESS. That’s all I got. 💥💥💥

BS&T was formed by Al Kooper, and it was inspired, but BS&T reached a higher plateau when David became the lead singer/writer. A match made in blues/jazz rock heaven.

Saw them at the SF Civic Auditorium in the 70s. Nose bleed section but it was well worth it. Being a young drummer (15) at the time, I practiced along with their records

Al kooper - a very special talent- from the blues project/ bs&t/ solo albums and production work.
Although not appearing in this video-
He was an intricate part of it's foundation.

Al Kooper 'was an intricate part of its foundation', but BS&T were better afterwards and that's when all the success came.

In the early 90's I had the pleasure of seeing them live with the Assocation, Mary Wilson, and Tommy James, and in Phoenix AZ and it was maybe the best show I've ever seen.

@@paulvsislamonazism9534 Yes indeed and they all did great. The Assocation played first, then Blood Sweat and Tears, then Mary Wilson, and Tommy James was the headliner. I'll never forget that show.

That's great, thank you. And I mean it! The Death Cult Islam is the worst scourge the world has ever seen. I don't know what's wrong with people that don't get that. The West's leaders are the worst, I honestly think they shill for it because they're scared if they oppose it (it would be called: telling the truth) an Islamic nutcase might come for them. The only hope lies with the people electing leaders with a backbone, like Donald Trump, who, it's apparent, is not only well aware of the true Islam but is willing to do what he can, standing almost alone, to put a spoke in its wheel. I thank God for him every day.

Izlam was bad in the minute, Mohamed the pedphethe jointe the cult and poisoned an ideologi, which started to be an outspring of the holy Jewish Tora. Everybody should read the Englisg translation of the Quran, which is concidered to be correct according to the true followers of this horrible ideoligi, which has overturned the Western World to a place to a place, where the citizens are ready to use weapons against each others to defend rapists, murderers, terrorists, thieves and drug dealers - not to mention the millions draining our social security systems.

Chicago are two different bands. Their first few albums are very credible indeed, in fact, even more so than BS&T.
