    That bag is gorgeous! I hate a bad zipper OMG. For the price they definitely have to resolve the problem for you. Love your excitement...the little scream 😂😂. TFS ❤

    My zipper did that on my YSL medium Lou Lou. My husband got a pair of pliers and a cloth and gently fixed it and kept the zipper from coming out. But there was something else wrong with the bag so I returned it for another one. I have a bunch of videos on my channel about it. I exchanged my bag several times because I fell in love with the bag. The one I have now is slouchier on the left side. I’m sorry about your bag. It’s beautiful.

      I remember watching your YSL videos! Luxury doesn’t seem so luxurious! You would think with the price tag that they would make sure their products are top tier before they ship them out!!

      Yes, but only because I’ve been wanting it for 2 years but this is my last luxury bag purchase. I just can’t anymore. I live in the country and the closest luxury store is 3-4 1/2 hours away so I order a lot of things online and for whatever reason they come flawed.

    I purchased a Givenchy Antigona from Bergdorf Goodman a few years ago and do you know those people sent me a $2460 handbag that was USED! It came in a USED dust bag and wasn’t wrapped or anything! That was my first luxury experience and it was terrible! I think I’ll stick to coach😊

    That’s so awful that happened with your bag! I know it’s an inconvenience but the store will exchange it! It’s a good thing you took the wrapping off as it gave you an opportunity to fully inspect your bag! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to the part 2 for the shoes and new YSL bag!!😊❤

    I was so tense the whole time waiting for it 😬 Shouldn’t have to take a pair of pliers to a $1700 bag to fix a zipper, that’s for sure. (But that bag is c l a s s y)

      I really just can’t believe it🤣 I wanted it too bad 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m not gonna lie I thought about taking some pliers to it and then I was like nah I might break it 😭 so I called to exchange it and they said I can return it and they will give me a refund and I can buy it again but I don’t like that either! Like just exchange it and send me a new one 🤣

      That’s such a terrible feeling when you want something like that too! I low key think these brands are just making fun of their customers sometimes. There is no reason a $40 Jansport should be nicer quality than a bag that costs thousands.
