3 cups rice, cooked
4 large scallops
2 eggs
1 Maggi shrimp tablet
1 tablespoon pepper flakes / crushed peppers
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 cup chopped carrots
⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup diced onion
1 ½ cup chopped scallions
½ cup imitation crab
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
0.4 oz squid
0.4 lb octopus rings (calamari)
A dash of sesame oil (optional)

Nah, you should start frying the rice then u add the rest, its FRIED RICE, u r just adding the rice to the other ingredients and thats not how u make a real fried rice
