- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup green beans
- 1/3 cup carrot
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 2-3 cups cooked rice ( long grained basmati or normal rice)
- 1/4 nos. Scotch bonnet chilli
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce (to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pinch salt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 stalks green onion
