There’s a parking lot there , I didn’t film that park and I believe one can only temporarily park in those spaces I showed maybe to offload your car or something…. But yeah that’ll be an issue of those were the actual parking spaces
This is indeed beautifully design, love the layout and finishes. I contacted an Liberian owned Interior Design company in the States to assist in my current airbnb project and they designed a similar concept for me... love it, Marshall is the hot spot..

How tall is the ceiling ? That's the problem with Liberia the ceilings are very short even a 6 ft man can hit the ceiling. I think that's one of the reason why the houses are so hot !
Why don't u guys make used of ur upper spaces? lib is known for one style of buildings.. short houses!! Visit other African countries n see modern style of houses..Liberia really need to step up her game
True , it’s better to build in Liberia, I agree But , there’re so many reason why people all the world still rent today , building a house is not Feasible for everyone , not everyone have the resources, immediate finances, or extended time to build their house just for a visit one or two times a year …. Not everyone wants to own a property in Liberia or wants to live there , most people have properties else where So although I agree with you , the solution to high prices isn’t everyone building their own houses
