What grade of sausage rusk do you use and where is a good place to buy it? Thanks for an informative video.

@martinthepom OK, finding a butcher is not so easy now days though. I was wondering what grade as an ebay search suggested there are different levels of coarseness.
@@johnnewman2046 - medium grade I guess. The stuff used in sausage making. Never seen it in different grades.
