After a wild and busy 7 weeks, Ryan, Channing and Fred sit down to reflect about life on the road, the grind launching The Pivot and share some of their best moments along the way.
Ryan talks about the various guests we've had and the team's approach in searching out stories and traveling location to location to get it done. Fred leans in on the hustle and camaraderie between the guys and Channing shares his laughable moments as well as the teachable ones.
Reflecting on the guests so far, the shows we've done and looking ahead for a preview of what's to come, It's all about the lessons learned and how to accept, adjust and move forward.

Now that I realize his position as a facilitator......I appreciate RC....I still wish he didn't interrupt a guest or his partners thoughts when they start talking because sometimes they never get their thought out. Sometimes there are some great questions too, then they start....then he cuts them off and they leave the conversation.

You aren't really that naive are you?! They just took Brandon's idea and started a rival podcast. I keep giving them the side eye because of their stupidity and disloyalty! Brandon Marshall STARTED it, AND they all of a sudden - has beens, except for Fred, wanted equal money like the creator, Brandon. That was HIS baby and he revitalized their careers! Marshall asked them to join HIS branded idea. They weren't doing ANYTHING! I can only glance at this! It's not Brandon's fsujt that they don't understand business! Marshall is doing better; has a new network job, some of the IAA episodes have done very well WITHOUT them. They had a good thing going, and they messed it up because Marshall's business idea and brand BLEW up. Jealousy. Just jealousy! Sad. Fred and Channing don't even have the charm and synergy that they had with IAA. SMH

I'm from London, UK 🇬🇧 and I have never watched a game of American football, I've never heard of these gentlemen prior to watching IAA and I mean no disrespect. What I'm trying to say is I have no business watching this but I tune in to every show and watch with intent. The jokes, the brotherhood, all the free game and the guests makes it successful. I remember watching my first IAA episode and thinking I have never seen anything like this before. I instantly fell in love with the podcast, I would be excited about Mondays. Then everything changed and I knew the show I loved was coming to an end. It was tough to understand because they always spoke about supporting each other. But from that tough moment came The Pivot. I'm glad that Channing and Freddy T. had the experience on IAA I think it gave them great perspective and gained a ton of experience. Now The Pivot is my favorite show I tell everyone that will listen to me about this show. How every Tuesday these guys take me through every emotion possible, it's amazing. I'm Mexican American and trust me you guys are reaching beyond just y'alls race. This show is for the people and we thank you guys. Thank you for making us feel like we're a part of the conversation and at the same time teaching us more than just X' and O's.

What attracted me to the other show was Fred Taylor. My grandfather and I used to go to games and Fred was his favorite player. The show came off as Fred and Channing wanted something different and they brought a friend from the previous show along for the win. Period!!!! I’m a fan for as long as you guys would have us!! Man this pivot coincided with my life completely.. I was complacent and comfortable in a situation that I could skate by in. Seeing you guys handle such a big pivot and change in your life and the whole premise and concept of it gave me hope to keep pushing and strive for something greater. The pivot is now a needed outlet in my life that I will support as long as you guys keep it going. I just wanted to thank everybody that went in to making this podcast a reality. Thanks to everyone in this comment section too keeping the convo going and supporting the pod with me cause without the fans there isn’t a show🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏻

As a D1 college football Mom, I pivoted with you. I pass along all of your podcast shows to both my Sons...a football player (KU) and another Son in college aspiring to be a GM. As african american males, you demonstrate "the realness", professionalism and most of HOPE to my boys. The d1 player Son is working hard to play at the next level. Your talks, advice and amazing guests help not only athletes, but FAMILIES, that need this! "Our" world is different, so listening to your podcast helps equip us more than you know. Keep growing!
It's important to understand that some people come along your journey in life to bring certain dormant gifts and talents out of you. Some also come along to introduce you to someone else you might need to know and more over to help you get to the next level. So although the situation went sour at IAA, BMarsh played a role, he did his part, and brought something out of these great men and now they can deliver and walk in purpose. We are human, it shouldn't have to get to sour before we move on, but otherwise they'd still be there being "employees" -comfortable! I didn't know I needed these three....love this show.

Not only with each one of your individual view points/ options are extremely interesting along with the guest. We as a viewing audience , we are able to get to hear and understand the why’s of what happened in certain situations and their background history. Ryan glad you read the comments the show is genuine and the chemistry is there and that by itself will make a good show the Ricky Williams interview was the best for me. The fact the Fred sit back and then ask a question, and Channing goes off the cuff, and Ryan’s questions are engaging, keep it rolling.
