Your government should make this a permanent job to be taken care of once a week. It needs to be done and helps those who have to cross it across when needed. I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to have to do this work for free, either. It looks like hard work. Those guys are great for doing it!😂😅😅

I agree with you entirely. As I wrote in a comment elsewhere, I found it strange that -- using a simple tool -- the same two guys do the work that impacts everyone living around this dam. Why isn't this a communal effort? Why don't we see others in that area (other their riding their fancy bikes across the dam) helping out too? Why do they have a single primitive tool rather than more adequate ones to handle this heavy work? Is the local government involved or helping at all by compensating these individuals, paying for they work throughout the year, or providing the appropriate equipment to do this kind of work?
